These are the standard terms and conditions for competitions organized or promoted by iExchange Network (Pty) Ltd. Please note that competition-specific rules may apply in
conjunction with these standard terms and conditions to provide additional guidance. If any
conflicts arise between these standard terms and conditions and any competition-specific
rules, the latter will take precedence.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
Your participation in the competition and your acceptance of any prize, if you win, indicates
your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any
individuals with whom you might share a prize.
Additional Costs:
Any additional costs or expenses you incur during your holiday, if applicable, other than those items
specifically included in a prize, are at your expense.
Harm or Damage:
We and our affiliates are not responsible for any harm, damage, loss, or claims related to
the provision of any element of a prize or any changes to a prize.
Non-Transferable Prizes:
Prizes are not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable for cash, or any other item.
Prizes are to be redeemed within 120 days of issue, or forfeited.
Prize Documentation and Permissions:
You must have the necessary documents and permissions to accept and use a prize, if applicable. This includes a valid passport and all necessary visa and travel documentation, which you must obtain at your own cost.
Notification and Collection:
Winners will be notified by iExchange. The winner must utilize the accommodation, if applicable, within the designated timeframe.
Participation in Marketing Activities:
We may invite you to be present when the prize winners are announced, participate in
marketing activities, and endorse, promote, or advertise our goods or services, without
compensation. You have the option to decline such invitations.
Prizes Provided by Third-Party Suppliers:
If you win a prize provided by a third-party supplier, the supplier might contact you directly
to make final arrangements. iExchange is not responsible for further correspondence or
issues related to the provision of the prize.
No Liability:
We and our affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, expense, or damage arising
from your participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of a prize.
Indemnification:
You indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any claim, whether direct
or indirect, arising from your participation in the competition or the acceptance and use
of a prize.
Responsibility for Your Guest:
You are responsible for your guest/s, if applicable.
iExchange decisions are conclusive, with no further correspondence entertained.
