Your confirmation letter will contain details of your cancellation terms and conditions. But for your reference, booking cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:
- If cancelled between 42 days and 21 days prior to arrival a cancellation penalty of 50% of the Points utilised for the Booking will apply.
- If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.
- If the reservation was originally made with Points that would have expired but for this reservation, and the reservation is subsequently cancelled, then these Points will expire.
- All International cancellations are subject to a penalty of 50% of the exchange fee.
