You can amend guest details conveniently through the website by following the easy steps below.
Step 1:
Click here to go to iExchange.net and click ‘login’ in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will
need to log in with your username and password.
Step 2:
On the 'My Info' Menu select 'My Bookings'.
Step 3:
Enter the check-in date or filter 'Status' to 'Confirmed' bookings.
Step 4:
Choose the booking that you would like to amend the guest details for and click ‘View Guest’.
Step 5:
Select who will be occupying the unit from the dropdown or add guest details.
Step 6:
Click on 'Change Guest'.
