To change your password, please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Click here to go to the iExchange website and click 'login' in the top right-hand corner of the website.
You will then be prompted to log in with your username and password.
Step 2:
Once logged in, you will land on the 'My Info' page. On the 'My Info' Menu, hover
and select 'My Details'.
Step 3:
Navigate to the bottom of the 'My Details & Users' Page and click 'Change Password'.
Step 4:
First key in your old password and then your new password followed by the security code.
Step 5:
Click on Submit to confirm your password change.
