Do Points expire?

Yes. Points are valid for three years. Points that are due to expire first (oldest points) are automatically used

for your next reservation.


You will need to use your Points before the expiry date or the Points will be forfeited.


You only need to confirm a reservation before the expiry date, the actual occupation date of the relevant holiday 

can be for a date following the 3 year threshold.


Should you cancel a reservation made with expiring Points after the expiry date, the Points will automatically be forfeited.


You can also find your Points expiry dates on your latest statement.


There are TWO ways to confirm or view your Points balance.

1. HOW TO CHECK YOUR POINTS STATUS ONLINE 


Step 1: 

Click here to go to iExchange.net and click 'login' in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will need to 

log in with your username and password.


Step 2:

Once logged in, you will land on the 'My Info' page.


Step 3: 

Your Points status will be displayed under ‘Points Summary’.
