Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please take note of the following cancellation terms and conditions:
1. If the reservation is cancelled within 3 to 6 weeks from the occupation date, there will be
a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the exchange credits value of the reservation.
2. If the reservation is cancelled within 0 to 3 weeks from the occupation date, there will be
a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the exchange credits value of the reservation.
3. If the reservation was originally made with exchange credits that would have expired but for this reservation, and the reservation is subsequently cancelled, then these exchange credits will expire.
4. Cancelled reservations have a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the monetary exchange fee.
The difference between the original exchange fee and the applicable cancellation fee will reflect as
a credit on your account. Credits are only refunded on request, subject to receipt of a
completed Refund of Payment Form. Credits will be refunded within 21 working days.
